Shortlist & pipeline
The feed ranks. You move. One click.
When a candidate looks right, shortlist them straight from the feed. Their score, matched reasons, source and notes travel with them into every stage that follows.

Sample pipeline
A pipeline that remembers why.
Most pipelines lose context the moment a candidate changes column. In Hyrefeed, the card that reaches Interview still shows why it ranked, what was missing, and what the screen call confirmed.
- Default stages you can rename, add to or reorder per role
- Drag between stages or use keyboard shortcuts
- Candidates you pass on stay searchable for future roles
