About
We built Hyrefeed for the candidate on page four.
Every recruiter has found a great profile too late: in the wrong inbox, under two hundred earlier applications, after the shortlist had already gone out. Hyrefeed exists so that stops happening.
Why we started
The problem was never a shortage of candidates.
Hiring teams today have more candidates than ever, arriving from more places than ever. Job boards, referrals, careers pages and direct applications each bring good people. None of them talk to each other.
So recruiters do what they can. They review what arrived first, in the channel they check most, for the role that is most urgent. It is a reasonable way to work, and it quietly decides who gets a chance.
We think fit should decide that. Hyrefeed brings every channel into one feed per role, screens each candidate against what the role really needs, and keeps the list ranked as things change. Recruiters still make every call. They just start from the right place.
Principles
Three rules the product is built around.
Rank by fit, not by timestamp.
When someone applied says nothing about how well they fit. The order of a feed should reflect the role, not the clock.
Screen to inform, never to eliminate.
Screening exists to put evidence in front of a recruiter faster. It is not a gate, and it never closes on anyone.
Every candidate stays visible.
Whatever the score, every person who applied can be found, opened and reconsidered by the team hiring for the role.
Rank 01 is waiting
Put every open role on one ranked feed.
Connect your channels, describe the role, and watch the shortlist assemble itself while you spend time on the conversations that matter.
